2 small sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 ripe banana, sliced
2 peaches, pitted and sliced
1 cup coconut water
Put all the ingredients in your Nutribullet and process until smooth and well blended, about 15-20 seconds.
Pour in glasses and serve with ice cubes, garnished with a mint leaf.
The sweet potatoes can be either raw or cooked.
