You’ll surely energize with this blasts of smoothie
1/2 cup grape juice
1/4 cup seedless grapes
1/4 cup pineapple
1/4 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup ice cubes
Blend first 4 ingredients for 10 minutes.
Add milk and ice cubes ,blend for another 5 minutes until smooth.
You may add on some berries for more creative taste.
