Although we keep running away from spinach, the truth is it is very healthy and we should consume it at least a few times each month. Adding it into a juice makes it easier to digest and also gives it a better taste since it is being combined with other fruits and veggies, such as apples or celery.
2 cups spinach leaves
4 green apples
1 celery stalk
Juice from 1 lime
1 teaspoon lime zest
1/2 cup coconut water
Put all the ingredients in your Nutribullet and process for 15 to 20 seconds or until smooth and well blended.
Pour in glasses and serve garnished with a lime sliced.
You can also add 1/2 cup strawberries or other type of berries to improve taste and for additional vitamins and antioxidants.
